For WeReserve, a tool for restaurant owner, I was asked to help out improve their product. Starting with the design system which needed to be solid and robust. Setting up the basics provided a foundation upon which we could build the product.
WeReserve both supplies a tool for managing the day to day in the restaurant as wel as a Widget through which customers could book a table online.
Restaurant owners are able to manage their restaurants from WeReserve. In the agenda all appointments can be viewed, per table they can plan who sits where. Manage the waitlist and update cancelations.
When new customers wonder in, they can spot quickly which tables are available. So adding new reservations are done easily. Users always have an overview of the day but also for the upcoming month.
Since most users have an iPad at their disposal everything is easily visible and editable with the touch of a finger.
Restaurant customers can book a table through a WeReserve Widget on the website of the restaurant. The restaurant can configure the widget to their needs. They can show the availability of tables, types of seats, opening times and more.
On the website of the restaurant the Widget is shown to customers, where they can quickly and easily find a table at their favourite spot.
